About 2bn contracting
2bn contracting is a woman-owned construction company headquartered just outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. More than just a turnkey general and specialty subcontractor, we strive to be a true partner on every project—delivering expertise, reliability, and innovation from start to finish.
Founded in 2021 by Theresa Ortiz, a seasoned professional in the commercial construction industry, 2bn contracting was born from a vision to bridge the gap for qualified women- and minority-owned suppliers and subcontractors. Theresa recognized the challenges underrepresented groups face in the industry and set out to build a company that not only delivers exceptional construction services but also empowers others to reach their full potential.

As a full general contractor along with an emphasis on managing, supplying and installing specialty projects and products, our team is the right fit for your project. Our team provides our customers with industry knowledge, guidance, and quality results that stay within budget; focused on delivering timely high-end solutions.
